Purchase 1:
Once you've found the item you would like to buy you can click on the "Buy Now" button (red arrow). If you would like more information about the product you can click on the image or the "more" link (green arrows).
About workshops
We have added a test product to our workshops so that you can set up your account before registration.
This way you can set up your account. But you cannot actually register for workshops until registration opens. At that point the workshops will become available. Some workshops are very popular and will go from being unavailable to being sold out in a few minutes.
PLEASE NOTE: You may have to refresh your browser window to see changes when workshops first become available.
The "Buy Now" button takes you to this page, you can change the quantity of an item or enter a discount coupon (if you have one). Remember that if you make any changes you will have to click the "RECALCULATE" button (big red arrow)
Checkout 1:
The checkout button takes you to this page. Here you will either log into your account, create an account, or select express checkout. If you choose express checkout you will still need to enter your address and personal information.
Checkout 2:
This is the page to enter your personal information. An asterisk marks required information.
Note: Workshops are not shipped so there are no shipping options. If you attempt to enter a different billing and shipping address for workshops you will get an error.
Checkout 3:
Here you select your type of credit card. We accept Mastercard and Visa.
Below you can select your shipping method. Depending on where you live you will see different options for rates and methods.
CHECK THAT THE SHIPPING METHOD IS THE ONE YOU WANT!
Remember - for workshops you will not see any shipping information.
Checkout 4:
Here you enter your credit card number, name as it appears on the card, and expiration date. Above is a summary of the transaction. You can check credit card and shippin information. If you discover an error, you can leave this screen by choosing any option from the top menu.
When you select PROCEED your order will be complete.
Checkout 5:
Here is your completed order
Please print it for your records at this point.
Follow up
You will receive an e-mail that confirms your order was received. You will also receive an email when your order is sent with shipping information.
