Brass Incense Stand


The featured piece this week is a brass incense stand. Crowned with either ornamental or figurative work, these are very substantial, solid pieces ranging from eighteen to twenty-four inches in height. Traditionally these stands would used to hold stick incense in the upper portion. Wonderfully evocative and detailed, these pieces are rare and don't stay with us long.
