Ciba Washfast Acid Dye (additives needed) 
These dry powder dyes are the easiest of the acids to work with. They are very concentrated, mixable, and have good lightfastness and washfastness on wool, alpaca, mohair, nylon, and silk. One ounce of dye will yield six pounds of fiber a medium value. TECHNIQUES: high temperature immersion, direct application, paste resist, variegated dying.
